A few months ago, we had found out that French network Canal + had commissioned BBC Worldwide Productions to produce a one hour documentary on the iconic French duo, Daft Punk. Later on, it was revealed that a documentary titled ‘Eden‘ would give us an insight into the careers of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, spanning over 20 years.
Daft Punk is actually played by two actors Arnaud Azoulay and Vincent Lacoste, with three songs featured in the film. The film looks to encapsulate two decades worth of the French rave scene and follows a struggling garage DJ named Paul as he tries to navigate his way through Paris’ clubbing scene. French duo Daft Punk also play a short cameo in the film. With sex, drugs, and beautiful electronica, this cult flick just might blow up massively.
